The South Baltimore Improvement Committee is a non-profit corporation that is recognized by Baltimore City as the neighborhood association that represents the will of the residents within its boundaries in South Baltimore. 

The SBIC is overseen by an all-volunteer Executive Board, which strives for transparency to, and also, the participation of the general membership it represents.  The SBIC email list is an easy way to follow the activity within the neighborhood.
